I’ve decided to start sharing healthy, easy-to-make meal plan for busy ARMYs who love to eat but don’t have a lot of time for meal planning or cooking. These meal plans are mostly Paleo-based and sugar free with whole-food ingredients that can be modified to fit lots of lifestyles. Also, I’m a busy ARMY Mama; I promise these are easy!
